CAN I EXCHANGE MY GARMENT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE?

We are unable to process exchanges however if you would like another size or style, simple re-purchase the garment online and lodge your unwanted item for return.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?

For Australian customers, you can opt to use our FREE return label when lodging your return online via our return portal. We are offering FREE RETURNS for all Australian customers until 31 January 2019.  Alternatively, you can return this at your local post office and pay directly with them. 

For International customers, unfortunately we do not have return labels available at this time. However, it is something we hope to implement in the future.

Please note: The cost of shipping on your original item/order will not be reimbursed in the event you make a return. Your store credit or refund (Esther luxe styles) will be for the item/s only. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We will process your return within 2-5 business days once it reaches our warehouse.
