For Sydney customers, at least 2 weeks notice is required to place an order. If you do wish to place an order with less than 3 days notice, feel free to send us a message and if we do still have availability, we may be able to fit you in.
For interstate customers, we require at least 3 weeks notice to ensure we have enough time to plan when to start making them, when they will be shipped out etc to ensure they arrive on time for your special day.
Yes we can do interstate shipping depending on the product/s that you are after. Products such as brownies, cookies and fondant cookies are all able to be shipped interstate with no problems.
Desserts such as cupcakes, cakes, dessert cups are unable to be shipped interstate.
We do offer some (not all) products that are:
- Nut free
- Gluten Free
- Halal
Unfortunately we don't currently offer any vegan or dairy-free options.

We offer both pickup and delivery options.
For Sydney pickups, we are located in Lidcombe or Quakers Hill. The Lidcombe location is available 7 days a week, however Quakers Hill is closed every Tuesday (but we can arrange for pickup the day prior).
Delivery within Sydney and express shipping Interstate is also available for an extra fee which will be provided upon discussion.

We do offer cookie gift boxes which you can choose any mix of 2-6 cookies in any shape/design/colour/text which comes in a little gift box with shredded paper. Examples of texts we can put on is 'Will you be my...', 'Thank you', 'Name', and many more. We also offer other desserts such as cupcakes, dessert cups, brownies and cookies which can also be added into gifts.
Are wedding favours necessary?
Desserts by Jen and Jeff
Wedding favours are optional, however we find that it tends to add to table decorations, they are a good option for table placements and it excites the guests. The best part is that if there are any leftover cookies, they do have a shelf life of 2 weeks so they can be taken home to eat on another day.
