Unhappy Customer’s We would not recommend using the Guestbook Hotline. We were disappointed with the service and product received. We decided to go with a virtual guestbook hotline and a pressed vinyl record with our wedding date. The recording was nice to receive virtually, but we’re disappointed to receive our vinyl with the wrong wedding date on it. I've since communicated our disappointment with the product received in an email and I haven't heard back from them on whether we could be sent a new vinyl record with the correct date. The business idea is fabulous, but we will not be recommending this business to our friends getting married or having an event.
