Alex Pisani from Unity Entertainment was an excellent DJ & MC for our wedding at Bendooley Estate. Alex was extremely organised and professional in the lead-up to the wedding - he had a bunch of forms and run sheets that made everything easy to plan and ensured that all our requests for the night were covered and there was no confusion. As an MC, Alex had a great presence and got a few laughs out of the audience which is always good. He was also flexible and adaptable as we had a few last minute changes due to the conditions of the day, and he easily accommodated each of them. He looked after us throughout the night, ensuring we as the bride and groom always had our glasses full and even left us a little care package in the bridal suite. As a DJ, he had the dance floor going throughout the night. His music selection was excellent and his mixing skills meant that the dancing never stopped. We gave him a list of songs that represented the type of vibe we were going off (not necessarily requiring him to play all of them), and he matched (and exceeded) that vibe perfectly and played most of the songs we requested.

The Stables at Bendooley Estate is a truly majestical venue. It looks absolute beautiful, and because of the design, it only requires very little decorations (e.g. flowers, etc.). The staff at Bendooley were truly helpful along the entire wedding planning process, and it was a breeze throughout.

Star Events Hire provided the photo booth and the smoke machine for the first dance for our wedding. It was a great and easy combo to get both from a single vendor. The photobooth was great - they had an assortment of props and the prints were high quality as well as providing the guest book for guests to leave their photos and notes. Also, they provided us the digital files after the wedding which was a very nice touch! And the smoke machine was great - provided a simple but majestic elegance to the dance. Overall, highly recommend Star Events Hire for your wedding hire needs.
