From the moment we started planning our wedding with Zest, we knew we were in the best hands. Rafaela, our Events Manager, was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough from the very beginning through to the final handover of our items after the big day. Her organisation, professionalism, and calm nature made us feel supported and confident with every decision. She guided us through every conversation with care and ensured no detail was overlooked. It was clear from day one that Rafaela is a true expert in her field, and we would recommend her to any couple considering Zest for their wedding. Rafaela also liaised directly with all our vendors before the day, which meant we went into the weekend feeling completely stress-free. That level of service continued with the entire Zest team, who were nothing short of outstanding. We’d seen how incredible the staff were during our food tasting, but they truly went above and beyond on our wedding day. From the beautifully curated Gin Bar and Dumpling Station to the thoughtful touches like ensuring we had our full drinks and canapé offering in the bridal suite (yes—all of the wines from our selection, not just a tasting!), the team made sure we could fully enjoy every moment. We were able to mingle, eat, drink, and soak it all in without ever feeling like we were missing out. During the reception, the service was impeccable. Staff moved seamlessly throughout the room, ensuring our guests were well-fed and never without a drink. Whether it was wine, gin, beer, or cocktails, they made sure everyone had what they needed—no one went hungry or thirsty, and certainly no one needed a Maccas run afterwards! The ceremony on the lower deck was stunning, and the team worked quickly and discreetly to clear the space afterwards so we could take advantage of the beautiful backdrop for photos. Zest's in-house styling options were another huge highlight. The range of choices allowed us to truly personalise our reception, and the fact that everything was handled internally made the whole process so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Walking into our reception left us speechless—it was everything we had dreamed of and more. The way our vision came to life brought tears to our eyes. It was truly the most seamless and perfect day. We are still getting messages days later about the food, drinks, Gin Bar, Dumpling Station, service and overall atmosphere—a true testament to the incredible job done by Zest. We are so grateful to Rafaela and the entire team for making it all so magical. Thank you!
