Fantastic service- Rod was very professional yet friendly and great to have a laugh with. Arrived on tme and took care of everything including bringing ice and eskies for food and drink. Limo had everything (lights, great sound system, ipod docking, ice buckets, glasses etc). Couldn't have asked for more

I would not reccomend. The service was poor- four out of five of my fitting appointments were cancelled/changed by the owner. I was treated with rude and snide comments by the owner. Took five months to get alterations done (told 4-6 weeks). Actual price was three times the quote

A wonderful and unique venue to have your wedding reception in a glass boat while cruising down the Swan River. The staff were amazing and accommodating with everything throughout the whole process. The night was sensational and guests could not stop raving about the Crystal Swan!
