Wincentia made the most perfect wedding cake for our wedding! We got a small vanilla chiffon cake with vanilla white chocolate whipped ganache, the cake itself was equally gorgeous and delicious. It was light, moist, perfectly flavoured and just the right amount of sweet between the cake itself and the frosting. And it was BEAUTIFUL! In addition to being an absolute artist, Wincentia is the sweetest and most professional baker ever! She is communicative, creative, so incredibly skilled, and will go the extra mile to make sure your cake is perfect. I’ve followed her work on instagram for years and feel so lucky we got to have her make our cake. Overall, our cake was perfect and experience working with Wincentia was perfect. Could not recommend Floraison Cakery more!
