Crystal Palace was very helpful with the whole process of preparing for the wedding. They were very easy to contact and prompt with their responses. Getting a chance to taste the menu and get advice was also great, they were flexible to cater to our needs. There were hiccups on the day with giving the wrong meals to the incorrect people. However, Crystal Palace was able to rectify it immediately to ensure our guests would not miss out. The Kid's Meal was underwhelming, not all dishes were suitable for children and some of their food was served cold. The adults meal was great, and most of the guests were very satisfied.
