We are beyond thrilled with our wedding cake! Valentina did a beautiful job with our four-tier wedding cake and we appreciate the detailing she placed into it. We had provided the image we wanted for the cake and she really matched our vision. The highlight was the 'peek a boo' dog detail that added a personal touch. We had opted for a Chocolate and Nutella cake which was divine! As we also had a number of guest that had an eggless dietary requirement, Valentina did a great job catering for our difference dietary requirements and we receive many compliments from our guest. The whole process was seamless, and Valentine was supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend The Fluffy Crumb!

Wedding Cakes

We had our wedding celebrations at Encore, St Kilda, in early March 2026 and couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! The venue itself is gorgeous that the bare min on decor was enough, for it to still standout. Our guest were captivated by the the beautiful beachfront setting and enjoyed taking their sunset photos during canapé hour. The staff were incredible from start to finish. They were so accomodating and attentive to our needs which helped make our wedding preparations go smoothly for us. On the day, we ended up running behide on our set schedule, and appreciate how flexible they were. One of the things that meant the most to us was being able to have our doggo there on the day. It made the experience feel even more personal and special, and we’re so grateful the venue was so welcoming and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious! We had quite a few dietary requirements among our guests, and the team handled it all flawlessly and the dishes where presented beautifully. Overall, we’re so happy we chose Encore, St Kilda. We can't thank the team enough for there support throughout the year and making our special day, extra special to us!
