Anastasia and Robert

In June 2025, atop the world-famous cliffs in Bali’s Uluwatu, Anastasia and Robert exchanged vows. There’s something about the picturesque sunsets and dramatic coastal cliffs that lets this area of the world paint the perfect scene for a romantic destination wedding.

At Anantara Uluwatu, couples can wed in their clifftop glass chapel. With floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unimpeded views of the glistening Indian Ocean, it doesn’t even need much styling.

What we loved about this wedding: An intimate affair, the beautiful couple brought modern luxury to Bali. With artisanal cocktails, a customised menu, followed by a night of dancing (and an incredible second look from the bride!) this wedding was picture perfect destination wedding.

Taya and Jacob

For Taya and Jacob, a meaningful celebration surrounded by their loved ones, and involving their small children, was exactly what they wanted for their wedding. The Sofitel Fiji ticked all the boxes. In fact, for the bride, she’d always pictured a beachside wedding, close enough to the sand but not actually on it.

“Personally, I didn’t want to be on the sand,” spills Taya. “It was great having both our ceremony and reception on the grass but still so close to the beach.”

Nick and Rian

It took eight years, two proposals, and one unforgettable Thailand celebration for Nick and Rian to finally say “I do.”

Set on the stunning island of Koh Samui, Silavadee brought all their grand dreams to life — a clifftop ceremony, winding tables, incredible food, a picture-perfect sunset, bursts of coloured smoke, and a dazzling fireworks display. The stylish grooms later changed into classic black-tie tuxedos, setting the scene for a night of laughter, emotion, and one seriously epic dance-off under the stars.

From heartfelt speeches to trays of shots making their way around the dance floor, every detail reflected the couple’s fun-loving spirit and deep connection. As fireworks lit up the night sky, Nick and Rian’s celebration felt like a true reflection of who they are: bold, joyful, and completely in love.
