I create cinematic wedding films that feel honest, natural & completely yours. I’m a husband, a dad, and a sucker for lasagne with a good glass of red wine. When do l need to pay the deposit? Published

I only ask for a $300 deposit when making the booking! The rest isn't due until 7 days before the wedding.

Can l ask for changes to the edit? Published

Absolutely! A huge amount of time and care goes into your film, but sometimes there’s a shot that you just don’t love as much. This is a lifelong keep sake for you, if you want something changed, just ask! Every package has two hours of complimentary revisions included.

Do you film alone?

I sure do! If having two videographers is important to you, let me know and we can talk through some options.

Do you only film in Canberra? Published

I travel to the surrounding regions, particularly for weddings. For destinations outside of Canberra a travel fee will apply.

How long will it take to receive the video?

You’ll receive your fully edited video within 1 to 4 weeks of your big day!

Beau from BC Films Canberra was incredible to work with. He filmed our elopement ceremony and made the experience seamless from start to finish. Before the ceremony, he connected with us to walk through what to expect. On the day, he chose the perfect location for the ceremony and made the entire process feel easy and natural. Beau worked beautifully with our Celebrant and Photographer. It felt as though they had all been collaborating for years. The Canberra wind was intense that day, yet Beau managed to capture the audio perfectly. We were absolutely blown away (pun intended) when he delivered our finished video the next morning, less than 24 hours after the ceremony. His lifestyle approach to filming resulted in a video that showcased our personalities and included touches of humour that felt genuine and true to us. Highly recommend.

From the moment Beau arrived on our wedding day, we knew we were in the best hands. He worked tirelessly from start to finish (even in the 39 degree heat!) capturing every moment so naturally while making us feel completely at ease. Most of the time I barely noticed the camera and he made filming so fun and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was filmed perfectly. When we received our video, we were absolutely blown away. It was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. So many guests family and friends said it was the best wedding video they’d ever seen. It perfectly captured the day and our vibe. A truly unforgettable experience! Photos are a wonderful way to look back on the day but videography allows us to relive the day again, to feel all the emotions and watch parts of the day that we didn't get to see. Beau was wonderful right from the start he suggested things we hadn't thought of and was very friendly and a joy to be around and alot of our guests said so aswell. Beau was able to shoot an amazing engagement video for my fiancé and I. We are both quite awkward infront of the camera but somehow he made us feel totally comfortable and confident. He didn’t leave us guessing of what to do but everything still felt totally natural and genuine. What was created was far beyond what we thought we would receive. He captured exactly who we are and a timestamp of who we want to look back on in years to come. how long until i get my wedding video

Hey there! It depends on who you go with, some providers are quick and others can take up to 6 months. With me you won't be waiting long at all. All my videos take between 1 to 4 weeks to return (ceremomy recording, speeches and the main highlight video). If it's important to you to have an overnight edit l can offer this for an addtional $1000. Cheers, Beau - BC Films.
