We found a perfect location.. and it's booked out on the date we want.. what do we do?

We are in Melbourne & we want to get married on our anniversary. Since we aren't willing to budge on our date, what can we do? We want to hire a location and provide our own catering but can't find a venue that has this option as well as providing a space for the ceremony as well.
