what is your response to people saying weddings are overpriced?

They can be. Our garden is popular for wedding ceremonies because it allows couples to chose a reception venue in their budget.

That would depend on so many factors. For instance in some cultures if a wedding does not follow a set format it could be insulting to parents and family, and in other cases of course some people spend a fortune, because they can. I think its up to the individual to decide what is affordable and what is realistic.

Too true! This is why we offer a package like no other. I think people hear the W word and add a few extra zeros to their excisiting prices. Our weddings are not the cheapest option out there but they certainly get you the most bang for you buck with a 3 day celebration fully catered for, it's not just a wedding it's an adventure! 

I generally agree. In some cases there are premiums attached to weddings that appear to be artificially inflated.

At Lonely Goat Olives only the venue and the accommodation are included in our offering. This allows couples to source everything else at much cheaper prices.
