Post wedding party venue?

We are getting married in Vietnam. We want to host our post-wedding party on return. We have 39 guests , who need good supply of finger/buffet foods with small wine or beer and soft drink tab, with music with a budget of $3000 tips can you help venue ideally to be attractive. Thanks!
