Hello, we have a few guests with vegan dietary requirements coming to our wedding. What are some plant based menu ideas that are a hit? Canapes, main and dessert please. Thank you!

Essentially catering for Vegen dietary requirements should be simple and delicious. Your choices would come back to who you decide to use as your caterer. The Barossa Valley has many caterers that cater perfectly for dietary requiremnts.

Our inhouse Chef will cater for all special diets so please speak to your venue about menu options. Our organic wines are also vegan firendly!

Good morning.

Thank you for your query.  Our executive chef caters for dietary requirement’s for our wedding guests and will come up with a dish that is suitable.

For a previous wedding that had vegan guests chef did a vegan 3 course menu for them. For entree , braised lentil salad, pickled baby carrot’s, cauliflower puree, lettuce and tarragon oil. For main we served Fricassee of gnocchi, cherry tomatoes and asparagus and for dessert vegan mud cake with blood orange sorbet and seasonal berries.

I hope my answer was of assistance and if you need any further information please email me on weddings@vines.com.au or call on 9297 0739.

Best wishes,

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Our packages do not include catering.  We do not offer catering onsite, however we can suggest suppliers who are able to accommodate all dietary requirements including vegan.

Thanks,
