We pride ourselves on our transparent pricing. 

Our per head price includes venue hire, your preferred dining package, our Western Districts beverage package and security. The only other costs will be your ceremony fee and a small fee to feed your vendors a yummy meal too!

Our food packages are all a set $147 per person. Our drinks packages start from $79 for all tap beers & house wines. There is a fixed venue set up & pack down fee of $800. Aside from that there are no other fees or hidden costs.

Thank you so much for your enquiry. We have different packages starting from 190$ per person. Our most popular package during high season is our Farm package $225 per person. You can find details of our packages on our website thefarmyarravalley.com.au 

We unfortunately don't provide round table.

Included in our package is:

• 5 hour function duration
• Selection of 5 traditional Italian canapes served at the commencement of the reception 
• 4.5 hour beverage package
• 4 course menu (antipasto, wood fired pizza's, slow roasted lamb accopmanied by roast potatoes, green beands and salad, followed by cannoli for dessert)

Lovely to hear you are looking at weddings venues for 2026/2027, we do have all inclusive packages starting from a 4-course menu & 4.5 hour beverage package!

We do hold up to 150 guests at our venue, have a spacious dancefloor & we do offer long tables & happy to explore table arrangements with you when you come in for a venue tour.
