Matthew’s hospitality career has spanned more than 15 years and through hard work, determination and a great deal of talent. Matthew worked at some of the finest restaurants and wineries in Victoria including Montalto, Ten Minutes By Tractor and Donovans before heading up the hospitality team at Shadowfax. Matthew has established Shadowfax Winery as one of Melbourne’s must-experience food and wine destinations and oversees every wedding, ensuring the highest level of service and quality.
