Does Mulberry Estate offer different packages for food and beverage?

Yes! Mulberry Estate offers all-inclusive set menu packages, with many inviting dishes, canapes, desserts, and entrees to choose from. They also provide delicious buffet, banquet, and cocktail options. The meals on each menu are wide-ranging, tasty, and are bound to impress your guests. After something a little out of the ordinary? You might like to add an optional extra to your wedding menu, such as a grazing table, an additional pasta course, or a cheeseboard.

 

What event spaces are available for a reception?

Mulberry Estate has several reception spaces available, including the Mulberry Room, Burgundy Room, Champagne Room, and The Taphouse. Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows that take advantage of the prime riverside location. There are also options to have an outdoor reception under the stars.

You sure can - we have three beautiful ceremony locations & three purpose built function rooms to choose from for your reception, plus we have two gorgeous outdoor options if you'd prefer to have your reception under the stars.

Yes you can, we allow cars on the Riverside grassed area and in the Open Field.

Yes, if it rains or if it is extremely hot on your big day, we will move your ceremony inside to one of our function rooms. We have some beautiful options indoors for ceremonies.

Yes, if there are no other bookings in your function room the day before your wedding, you are welcome to come in and setup your own decor. If there is another booking the day before, meaning you cannot have access to the room, we will set up your decor for you.

I couldn’t thank them all enough at mulberry estate. Not only did they save my wedding as my original venue canceled on me 6 months out but they were amazing. I couldn’t thank Sarah & Sunny enough for organising everything for me and making sure everything was running smoothly. We had the most stress free day and everyone commented how beautiful the location and the food was delicious and catered for even the most pickest of eaters. Location is perfect and overlooking the river it couldn’t be a more beautiful place to get married.

Banquet dining or cocktail style?

Will it be better to have a banquet dining or cocktail style for guests of around 100 or more??

Mulberry Estate

It's really a personal choice, banquet is definetly more formal and ideal if your thinking of a traditional wedding. Cocktail style gives your guests more opportunity to mingle but you will also find the older generation want somewhere to sit down. You can have a bit of both, go for a sit down dinner and then move everyone outside to the alfresco area for dancing after the formalities. This way you get the best of both worlds.

How do we find the best venue?

Do we have to VISIT all of them, or is there a way to see them, or a virtual tour or something?
