We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to party well into the night at our venue! Your band or DJ can keep the music going until midnight, ensuring that your event is a night to remember.
The best thing about Goolawah is we provide you with exclusive hire of our property for 3 nights / 4 days, we want you to continue the celebrations with your loved ones. We have a Bbq, Urn and a kitchen full of bits and pieces to make organisation of your recovery brunch just that tad bit easier.
We take care of everything for you! Our facility includes a cool room and skip bin right on site. You won't have to worry about porta potties because we have three bathrooms conveniently located at the pavilion. Get ready for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!
We believe that your wedding celebration should last longer than just one day, which is why our package includes 3 nights and 4 days. This extended time allows you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of being surrounded by your loved ones. It gives you the chance to truly unwind, relax, and savor every moment of your special weekend.

We can allow a maximum of 4 caravans & 4 campsites, this allows you to maximise the number of guests staying on site.

I'm looking for a venue with a late curfew (past midnight!) or no curfew. Needs to have accommodation for at least 30 on-site, and I'd love BYO drinks. Preferably in NSW but willing to travel for the right venue. Thanks!

Goolawah Retreat located in Crescent head - NSW consists of 5 self contained cottages (sleeping 32ppl) and some camping available.
We ask that band or DJ has finished by 12.30am, guests can continue to have a good time but on a blutooth device.
We are also DIY / BYO which allows you to create the wedding of your dreams and talior the wedding to your vision.

Need help looking for a venue for weekend wedding. Total guest 50 people, with on-site accommodation for at least 20 people. Preferred outside catering and BYO liquour but not a deal breaker.

Hi, We are trying to find a venue that ticks all our boxes for our wedding. Dates 2026 not set. - Late (midnight) or no curfew - Outdoors - Pizzas or option for pizza food truck - option to byo liquor (not a deal breaker) - Onsite accommodation, option for camping would be also suitable - 100 guests max - option to hire for 2-3 nights - Ideally NSW
