The Beach House is a contemporary wedding venue perched above the dunes of Eden Beach in Jindalee, offering panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Designed by award-winning Studio Gram, the interiors combine natural textures and elegant design to match the beauty of the surrounding coastline. The open-air deck provides an ideal setting for watching the sunset as you celebrate with loved ones.
Couples can host their ceremony with Eden Beach as their backdrop before moving seamlessly into reception celebrations on the deck or in the oceanfront dining room. With exclusive use of premium furniture, lush greenery, and a friendly, experienced team, The Beach House makes it easy to design a wedding that feels entirely your own.

Hey there! I'm Lucy and I run all things marketing and events at The Beach House. I've been part of The Beach House team for over five years now and have shared some truly special memories with couples who have celebrated their wedding day here at Eden Beach. Originally from a little town called Narooma in NSW I made the move to Perth in 2017 and absolutely love the lifestyle here. I look forward to getting to know you on your wedding journey, it is such an exciting time for everyone involved xx

Yes of course! Whether it's an acoustic duo for golden hour drinks or a DJ to kickstart the party, we welcome (and encourage) entertainment at all of our weddings. We have a long list of recommended DJs and acoustic artists we are happy to share and can also assist in booking, making one less thing for you to worry about!
The Beach House is fully licensed and therefore cannot allow BYO due to liquor licensing regulations. We provide all food and beverage in-house, ensuring your guests are catered for (and impressed) with fresh local ingredients. Our kitchen is centred around a custom build woodfired hearth providing maximum flavour to dishes. The bar is fully equipped with 24 individual beer taps and a wine list full of our favourite local and international drops. Multiple beverage package options are available, including the option to add on a feature cocktail or two to treat your guests.
Ceremonies can be held on our front balcony or side deck depending on the space hired. Both spaces have direct ocean views creating a beautiful backdrop for you to say I do.
The Beach House has a ramp that is located in front of the accessible parking bays. Once inside, the entire venue is one level making it easy to navigate for people with prams, in wheelchairs etc.
We are able to provide flexibility in pricing when weddings are booked mid week or at times that are not peak service periods. Please speak with our events team about your plans if you would like to explore alternative days and times based on price.
Located in the dunes of Eden Beach, Jindalee The Beach House is easily access by car, taxi, bus and ride share. Butler Station is located five minutes up the road for those wanting to travel via train.
There is plenty of parking available next to the venue.
