Comprising a number of versatile spaces for all function sizes, the venue boasts an award-winning Restaurant, and a Private Dining Room ideal to cater for a more intimate wedding of up to 28 guests—a Function Centre, with its feature outdoor terrace area for pre-dinner drinks, catering up to 200.
The State Reception Centre has a spectacular design that will simply take your breath away. With floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a viewing platform, it caters for up to 400 seated or 700 cocktail-style.

We prefer to customise options to suit your specific requirements – additionally there are peak days and months that may affect the cost of a wedding. Please feel free to contact our sales office with your preferences and known details and we can certainly provide a specialised quote to suit your requirements.
Yes, options are available for a Ceremony on the grassed area outside the venue, or in a function space, if this occurs in conjunction with a reception booking.
A deposit of 20% of the estimated charges is require to lock in your wedding reception date with us, along with a signed contract.
Full prepayment is required before your big day - final payments are required at 2 weeks minimum prior to the wedding.
The venue can certainly set up the required layout for your wedding day including tables for dinner, service ware etc. We can also include set up of your place cards and menus at no additional charge! Please note that flowers, décor and externally hired furniture (including chair covers), would need to be set up/packed down by your hired supplier. Please see our friendly sales team for full options and further information.
Absolutely! We are more than happy to suggest some great suppliers to suit your preferences, however if you have already selected a provider you like we are happy to work with them too. We will just need to be in touch prior to the event to receive their liability insurance and other information to ensure we are meeting our OH&S standards. Therefore we do suggest that you discuss this with your Wedding Coordinator before confirming any arrangements with your preferred supplier.
