Windows on the Bay has fast become the quintessential beachfront function venue and provides the perfect romantic location for your beachside wedding or commitment ceremony and reception.

The beach and park surrounding the restaurant provide a special setting for your wedding celebration and a hidden surprise for your guests to share and enjoy the spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay.

All dining areas of the restaurant have spectacular views of the bay and the surrounds of the restaurant including the rotunda, parklands, beach and pier are sure to set the scene for some memorable wedding photos.

The restaurant is flexible in accommodating: Very small weddings ranging from 12 or 15 up to 170 guests sit down; or cocktail style receptions ranging from 20 through to 250 stand up

Our experienced staff are ready to meet and discuss your specific requirements for your wedding. Mandatory is the meeting with our Chef who shares his passion for great food and who takes pride in delivering a menu stemming from fresh produce and classical style. Special requests are also welcome!

SunnyBoy hosted our wedding reception and we could not have been happier! We were able to host 170 people, cocktail with the most amazing view, atmosphere and decor. There was more than enough food (which never happens at a cocktail wedding!) the staff were incredible and we danced the night away! Nikki was exceptional and assisting me plan and go through all of the finer details in the lead up and her professionalism and knowledge of the industry was exceptional. My husband and I wanted a beautiful venue, with a relaxed feel, with good food and music and that’s exactly what we got! The whole venue was set up with tiered seating and the dance floor in the middle. SunnyBoy accommodated my florist, DJ, and various people (friends and family) dropping off different decor and other items. Nikki just made everything so seamless and easy! We are so appreciative and couldn’t have asked for anything more! 🥰🥂

Best wedding venue ever. Relaxed, great staff, venue is already decorated a lot so no need to spend thousands on florals. Wonderful views of the sunset. Absolutely stunning.

Windows on the Bay was also another easy decision. We instantly knew it was very “us”. The food was absolutely amazing, the option of having a menu that guests could choose from and order on the night was something we had never across in any of the weddings we had been to. The staff were very experienced and relaxed, which made us feel very reassured, and the views were spectacular too.
