1. Dedicated Staff
From your initial enquiry to your event day, your dedicated Event Coordinator (Naresh or Nitin) will guide you through every step. On the day, Neelesh, our Event Manager, ensures everything runs smoothly.

2. Per Head Cost (Adults & Kids)
Pricing starts from $49.99 per head. Adult and child rates are available on request.

3. Venue Hire

• Included: For in-house catering and Indian Package events.
• Excluded: BYO catering—venue hire applies, and food must be brought in.

4. Decoration

• Standard décor is included in packages (table linen, runner, centrepieces, cake plinth, easel with A1 frame, flowers & vases).
• Custom décor available at additional cost.

5. Change Room
Yes, a private change room is available for your convenience.

6. GST
All prices are GST excluded.

7. Hidden Costs
No hidden fees—what you see in the package is what you pay, except for optional extras like kitchen usage or BYO alcohol corkage.

8. Car Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all guests.

9. Flexibility
We accommodate cultural, faith, and style-specific requests. Early access to the venue is included for setup.

10. BYO Food & Alcohol

• BYO Food: Allowed with venue hire only; using the kitchen incurs a $1,000 fee.
• BYO Alcohol: Permitted; corkage fee applies based on room:
• Imperial Room: $1,500
• Venus Room: $1,200
• Starlight Room: $1,000

11. Price Variations
Prices may vary on weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons.

12. Menu Tasting
Available for selected packages—bookings recommended.

13. Use of Kitchen
Yes, the kitchen is available for BYO catering—$1,000 fee applies.

14. Supplier Coordination
We can assist in coordinating your suppliers and vendors.

15. Rehearsals
Rehearsals are available before events—schedule with your Event Coordinator.

16. Placecards & Bonbonniere
We offer assistance with placecards and bonbonniere setup.

17. Seating Charts
Our team can help organize and finalize your seating arrangements. Digital seating charts are also available for easy guest management.

18. Disability Access
Accessible toilets are available for all guests.

19. Early Access
Early access to the event room is included to allow smooth setup.

External Catering or Alcohol:

• BYO Catering: Permitted. Venue hire applies; kitchen usage is $1,000.
• BYO Alcohol: Permitted. Corkage fees may apply.
• In-House Catering & Indian Package: Complimentary venue hire included; alcohol packages available.
