Linga Longa Estate, an exciting, new and exclusive camping wedding venue nestled in 700 acres of private forests and rolling hills along the Blackwood River in the magical shire of Balingup.

A stunning rotunda sits out over a breathtaking lake, creating the ideal setting for a romantic wedding ceremony. With a huge grassed area on the water’s edge and other unique zones the ceremony and photo opportunities options are limitless.

A stand of bush poles strung with fairy lights leads into a large white marquee, a highly popular option for receptions. The clear walls along the front reveal panoramic views of the lake and surrounding hills. This isolated and family owned property provides the ultimate weekend camping wedding experience with tents and amenities available. However, if some of your guests prefer a little more luxury there are also two self-contained cottages perched on a ridge with breathtaking views from all angles. There is also a wide range of B&B’s in Balingup and the surrounding area for off-site accommodations.

By taking advantage of our extensive commercial kitchen complete with adjacent alfresco dining area, massive fire pit and tents available for hire, you and your guests can be fully catered for all weekend long. We are so grateful to have been married at Linga Longa. Bec, Boxer and their family have poured their hearts into developing and maintaining this beautiful estate, which really showcases the bush and the hills of the Blackwood Valley Region. The Forest Cathedral is something from a fairytale, and having our guests camp onsite made for a unique and super fun weekend wedding. We had a bus from Bridgetown for the few who weren't keen to camp and this worked well. The freshly prepared morning-after buffet breakfast that the Linga Longa team catered for our guests, seriously, was AMAZING! Cherry on top of the wedding cake weekend. We still can't believe we were lucky enough to get married at Linga Longa and will always reminisce on the most special memories of the estate and the smiling faces of the Eaton family.

We LOVE Linga Longa! - We got married at Linga Longa on 19.10.19 and it was the most amazing wedding venue that suited us perfectly. We loved every single moment from the day we arrived to the day we left. Bec and Boxer went above and beyond for us and were so good to work with. We felt as though we were a part of the family and this place is a real credit to to them and their hard efforts. Linga Longa is a hidden treasure amongst the forrest and rolling hills. We chose this location not only because of its picturesque views and everything it had to offer, but so our friends and family could be with us the morning following the wedding. We had everything we needed from a campers kitchen, toilet/shower amenities, cottages and a giant fire pit. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Linga Longa is one of the most beautiful and private locations in the south west. The scale of the place is hard to describe. The hills and forest surrounding the valley are full of beautiful photo spots and the lake is perfect for swimming and relaxing. We chose to camp over three days to spend more time with our guests. Local accommodation and shuttle buses worked well for anyone who preferred not to camp. The excellent facilities kept everyone comfortable, well fed and looking good on the big day. We used the commercial kitchen, alfresco area and giant fire pit. The cottages up on the hill were perfect to get ready in away from the crowd. Bec and Boxer went out of their way to make our wedding special. The exciting thing about planning a wedding here is there are so many possibilities! We couldn’t recommend Linga Longa more highly.

We just had our wedding at Linga Longa 24/11/23 and what a magical venue it was! We had our ceremony in the Forrest Cathedral and it was like a dream, well kept and maintained! Felt like a rom com movie! We hired the glamping tents, spent the whole weekend with our friends and family, eating drinking and swimming! While we were down there Boxer was there when we needed him! The family are lovely and it was a great place for a destination wedding. Highly Recommend

We were married here in Jan, 2023 and made full use of the Property. Ceremony held up in the forest cathedral, which when we first viewed the venue - took our breath away, so Dreamy. The Marquee, set for a casual cocktail reception. Glamping tents were our recommended accomodation choice which were organised through the properties sister company - Lux Glamping, and set up ready for our guests for the next few days. Very handy as none of our guests had to travel off the property. The day following the wedding, we were out on the dam, using the camp kitchen facilities and enjoying spending time with our guests. Linga Longa were easy to communicate with and knew all the best spots for that perfect sunset shot. Perfect Venue for a relaxed & fun event
