FAQ
We've got packages to suit everyone! If you don't need our huge barn and courtyard for a Saturday night, enquire about Fridays in our incredible Art Room. Or how does a Sunday sundowner sound? Sunday night weddings are ridiculously cheap in either of our spaces. You can even mix-match the Art Room and Courtyard on a Sunday! Send through an enquiry and pop down to see us so we can talk with you about all the options and work out the perfect package for your magical day!
The Big Barn!
With a weekend wedding booking, you have full use of the barn, courtyard and the adjoining commercial kitchen. As we host our farmers market in the courtyard on a Saturday morning until 12noon, nothing can be delivered or carried through the site for set up.
For this reason, our wedding package covers a 3-day hire. You have full use of the venue on a Friday for any extensive indoor set up and deliveries (courtyard lighting can be set up as long as it does not sit lower than 3m) and food prep as the commercial kitchen is yours from 9am.
On a Saturday, our farmers bump out before 1pm and then the venue is all yours! The latest lockup we allow is 2am on the night which will be aided by our security team.
The Art Room!
We've put together a 3-day package for this space too... because who wants to be here setting up on their wedding day! You don't get a kitchen with this space, but you can add one on if need be. You've got a back veranda and garden area to spill out into, and the Art Room's street frontage makes it pretty much perfect if you're thinking food trucks or caravan bars!
You get all day Thursday to set things up and get everything delivered. You have the keys, so can hang back as long as you need to get everything set for the Friday. Hopefully everything is done, so you can spend Friday completely chilled out and ready for a brilliant night. Again, you can party til 2am and head back the next morning to clean up by 10am.
We do have our ‘Friends of the Farm’ brochure which can give you some ideas for food, drinks, lighting, photography, furniture… and everything else! The companies in this brochure know our site well and work here often. Just ask us for a copy!
We have 2 commercial kitchens for hire to aid you with food preparation, but all food business and liquor licenses must be organised by you. If you are simply bringing and distributing alcohol for free, you do not need a license
