Absolutely! The benefit of having 2 large indoor spaces as options for your reception is that the other space can be used as a wet weather ceremony space so the show will go on not matter what! Our amazing coordinators will work with you to conduct this change should we need to take your outdoor ceremony indoors.
You can count on your coordinator to be your eyes and ears on your special day, making sure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy without any stress. We love seeing the months, sometimes years, of preparation come together and sharing this magical day with our couples.

Are winter weddings really cheaper?
We are considering what time of year to get married and starting to do our budget. Friends have said that winter weddings are cheaper but is that really true? If so, is it a significant saving?

Hi There,
Our packages for june through to the end of august are generally cheaper per head then all other months. It's not that much cheaper in our opinions, this does vary with different venues.
Do most venues offer menu tastings?
What's the typical setup for a menu tasting for a wedding venue?

Yes we do! :)
How we do it at Ben Ean:
At Ben Ean about 4-6 weeks prior to your Wedding we will organise a date which you and your partner are able to come in for a 'Final Details Day'.
This day goes as follows:
10am - We will go over all your final details from suppliers, final numbers, dietaries, timings and we will work on your floor plan with you.
11am - You both will be seated in our Baumé Restaurant where you are able to select 2 choices to taste. During this you are also able to have a complimentry wine tasting (so you are able to sample all the wines in your beverage package)
Whilst you are seated in the restaurant we will finalise your Wedding Runsheet and bring a printed copy for you to approve.
Once approved we will give a copy all your suppliers and organise bump in & out times with them
This day is complimentry to the Wedding Couple although if you are wanting to bring some additional guests you are definitely able to.
(There is just a surcharge for additional guests)
