This is the most amazing venue. The coordinators are lovey, professional and friendly and did everything they could to make the lead up fun and exciting, The golf course backdrop made our photos breath-taking and the food was perfect. It was the most amazing wedding I could have asked for.

Magenta shores is absolutely stunning! We had our Ceremony down by the lake on the lawn - a beautiful outdoor option, Followed by our reception in the ball room. dressed perfectly. The who event from booking to the day was smooth and perfect! Jamie at Magenta shores is absolutely by far the best in the game. She was so helpful thought every stage of planning a wedding and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, important and calm on the day. 10 stars from me

💔 Do NOT book Magenta Shores for your wedding. I cannot stress enough how disappointed, frustrated, and humiliated we were with Magenta Shores on what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives — our wedding. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute disaster, filled with mismanagement, poor communication, unprofessional staff, and unacceptable service. We spent 18 months working closely with Taylah, who was professional, organised, and the reason we chose Magenta Shores. Two weeks before the wedding, we were informed someone else would take over the coordination. While polite, this person was inexperienced, unprepared, and had no idea how to run the day. On the wedding day, the coordinator had told me she would be available whenever needed. My maid of honour and I called her multiple times with no answer, and even after contacting reception, we were transferred back to the same unanswered number. Only after calling again did they “happen to find her” and hand us the phone — an outrageous lack of reliability and professionalism. The issues were widespread and unacceptable: • Our accommodation rooms were filthy, with leftover sushi and pizza, broken furniture, dirty utensils, non-functional appliances, and overall poor hygiene. • Ceremony issues included no signing table (my stylist and celebrant had to drag one down the stairs themselves) and a completely unprepared coordinator who could not manage the bridal party entrance or timings. • Reception problems included a dirty dance floor, broken lighting for our first dances, and dinner served an hour late, which disrupted the schedule and forced our photographer to stay extra hours at my cost. • The coordinator left early, leaving one inexperienced staff member to manage the reception alone. • Guests were forced to pay for drinks at a bar despite drinks being included in the package and a functioning EFTPOS machine being available at our own bar. • Table placements were incorrect, the bridal table skirt fell off, and a black curtain was installed over the wishing well and gift table without our consent. • Bars were slow, bathrooms dirty, seating charts were poorly presented, and there was no welcome sign. • Additional unapproved items were left by venue staff, which my stylist had to remove during setup. By the end of the night, I left in tears, humiliated, heartbroken, and completely let down. Months of planning, significant financial investment, and dreams of a perfect day were destroyed by the venue’s negligence. The emotional impact on me, my fiancé, and our guests cannot be overstated. Magenta Shores markets itself as a premium wedding venue, but what we experienced was chaos, disorganisation, and a complete lack of professionalism. This was not just a small oversight — it was a systemic failure across the board. For anyone considering this venue: beware. Do not trust their marketing or promises, because the reality is far from the luxury experience they claim to provide.

Loved this venue, Jaime was really helpful and handled everything. It was a beautiful venue and the guests really loved it too. I wanted a relatively stress-free wedding because I'm not a great planner, and that was what I got. Loved the food/catering as well.
