Welcome to Bidja Estate – Your Charming Central Coast Wedding Venue
Nestled on the NSW Central Coast, 90 minutes from Sydney, Bidja Estate is a family-run haven for weddings. Our venue, with iconic features like a red barn and open-air dancefloor, offers a blank canvas for your DIY wedding amidst tranquil countryside, rainforests, and gardens.
At Bidja Estate, every wedding is unique. Choose from various locations and tailor your day with our foundation of furniture and props. We provide the setup infrastructure; you bring the vision.

What is included in the property hire:
2 Nights Accommodation (based on our weekend package)

The Barn:
Our iconic redbarn, adorned with custom-made wooden barn doors seats up to 160 or 180 for a standing canapé reception. The venue is graced with a cozy bar and bifold doors, unveiling a paved, festoon-lit dance floor allowing you to dance beneath the stars and into the night.
The Prop Shed:
On your wedding day take advantage of our prop shed, equipped with items like arbors, easels, mason jars, and candelabras to add a touch of style to your celebration.
The Paddocks:
A variety of areas around the property to choose from when it comes to selecting the area for your ceremony. We also offer camping/glamping. Speak to us about supplier options for your guests.
The Rainforest:
Discover the perfect romantic backdrop for your ceremony in an idyllic setting, with a cleared area framed by the graceful presence of natural palms. This picturesque spot is not only a favorite for couples but also an enchanting canvas for your photographer to capture the timeless beauty of your special day.
Accommodation - Bridal Suite:
Our studio apartment is detached from the main residence with your own private access. Featuring a kitchenette and separate bathroom/toilet (shower only). Enjoy a comfortable king size bed, dining area, lounge space with TV and free Wi-Fi.
You will have direct access to the entertainment area complete with a jacuzzi spa, wood-fired pizza oven and bbq. It's the perfect space for wedding preparations, photos, and festive wedding party moments. The perfect blend of tranquillity mixed with country charm.
Accommodation - Main Residence:
A total collection of 3 x boutique bedrooms in our main residence on the wedding night. These include:
Each is equipped with air conditioning and complimentary wifi. Enjoy 24/7 access to kitchen facilities for tea and coffee, a shared bathroom, and toilet. Your convenience extends to full access to laundry facilities, and a personal bar fridge will be provided. Unwind in the lounge area with access to Foxtel. Experience comfort and convenience in our shared accommodation space.

Onsite Parking:
Parking is available at no charge for up to 110 cars. Coach parking is also available.

Linda and Ebbony, polocrosse enthusiasts, shared in the thrill until fate led them on new paths. Retired paramedics turned entrepreneurs, they stumbled into the wedding world by chance, transforming their land into a magical haven for love. FAQ
Yes, we have our iconic red barn tht seats 160-170 guests. This can also be used as your ceremony location.
Yes, we allow your pet to be part of your wedding, but unfortunately no sleep-overs.
We are a DIY venue, so sourcing your vendors is something we can assist you with, but ultimately the choice of caterer and bar staff is for you to decide.
We have public liability insurance. We do not sell alcohol, so we do not have a liquor license. You must provide RSA copies of your bar staff who will be responsibile for the serving of alcohol and monitoring of your guests. Or alternatively you can hire bar staff who hold RSA qualifictions. You are responsibile for the purchase of your own liquor.
Our front paddock holds 110 cars. We have wet weather options available also.
12:00 midnight all music must be turned off. 12:30 all lights to be out.
Yes, we have a ramp for the accessible toilet and the red barn (reception area) is all on one level.
Yes, we have a fire-pit, however you will need to supply your own firewood. The fire-pit is not to be used during fire-bans.
Yes, there will always be at least 1 staff member of Bidja Estate available on the day of your wedding who will assist with welcoming your guests and showing them where to park as well as contacting your vendors and assisting them with their bump-in.

Hello Hermione, I'm so sorry it has taken me so long to reply, I have only just been made aware of this portal for reviews. We remember your wedding like it was yesterday, however it has been almost 2.5 years. If it weren't for couples like yourselves singing our praises, we would not have the business that we have today. A big THANK YOU! If you want to relive some of those memories, we now have an airbnb farmhouse that you can hire for your 3rd anniversary.
