OVERVIEW
Originally built circa 1909, the now-heritage-listed curator’s cottage and adjacent terrace and ceremony lawn provide the perfect, all-in-one wedding destination. Featuring all the classic Queenslander hallmarks – high ceilings, cornices, VJ walls, soft lighting, and the most expansive bay window view out into the gardens, The Gardens Club is an all-weather accessible and pet-friendly wedding venue with indoor and outdoor options.
Our specialised event coordinators will work with you to easily plan your wedding day.
The Gardens Club is part of The Wise Foundation. Within The Gardens Club, Wise Foundation operate a program designed to assist those in the community facing barriers to employment. The Wise Hospitality Program provides three months of employment and training to individuals from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds.
Working in partnership with Multicultural Australia, participants are inducted into the workplace and provided with extensive training by hospitality professionals.

Yes, our facilities are only available for the exclusive hire guests to use throughout the duration of their booking.
Yes - we do both all-in-one wedding experiences and can cater for either ceremony or reception only through our packages.
No, there is a loading zone located at 75 Gardens Point Road where guests can be dropped off and picked up from, there are limited disability parking spaces.
