OVERVIEW
Intimate Farm Weddings for the Food-Focused Couple
Frost Farm Weddings offers a refined, heartfelt alternative to large-scale venues. Located on a private working farm in the Gold Coast Hinterland, we host intimate daytime celebrations where the food is the centerpiece and the atmosphere is genuinely grounded.
Personally hosted by Julie Frost, every wedding is designed to flow naturally, leaving space for long conversations, shared laughter, and a 3-course dining experience that feels like a private estate lunch rather than a catered event.
Now Booking for 2026 We are currently welcoming enquiries for the 2026 season.
As a working farm, we host a strictly limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives Julie’s full, attentive hosting.
🌾 Choose Your Experience We offer two distinct ways to celebrate at the farm, both centering on the seasonal excellence of Mrs Frost’s Kitchen:

🍽 The Flow of Your Day Your celebration begins with a heartfelt ceremony near the farmhouse, followed by hand-crafted canapés as the sun moves across the valley. As your guests gather at the long timber tables, a 3-course lunch is served—designed to be lingered over. With a simple BYO drinks station, you have the freedom to serve your favorite labels, while we take care of the service and the styling.

A staffed bar service to pour and manage your BYO beverages, can be added if desired. (Quoted separately)
Julie cooks in the homestead kitchen, a selection of stand-up canapes on arrival followed by a sit-down three-course luncheon using fresh, seasonal produce that's available and at its best at the time of your wedding. Menus are planned and discussed months in advance, but not fixed until 4-6 weeks before the date, allowing flexibility and quality to guide what's served.
Example menus are shared during the enquiry process to give couples a clear sense of style and format.

That said, Frost Farm is an outdoor venue with covered areas for sun and rain protection, and if the prevailing weather conditions on the day call for minor adjustments, the layout is adapted to ensure the celebration remains comfortable and well-paced.
Yes of course children are welcome at Frost Farm weddings. It's one of the reasons why our daytime wedding celebrations are so popular.
