Ascot House is an elegant Victorian mansion set in two acres of beautiful gardens, conveniently located in a quiet street just minutes from the CBD and airport.
Ascot House has been meticulously restored retaining its original homely charm whilst providing today’s modern facilities. The house features antique furnishings, open fireplaces, sweeping verandas and grand dinning rooms with stunning garden views.
Ascot House caters for functions of 20 up to 220 guests seated and up to 300 guests standing. Our all inclusive wedding packages include food and beverages, pre dinner drinks and hors d’eorves, room hire, candelabra on tables and a Function manager to help coordinate the function.
The Grand Ballroom at Ascot House Receptions is nestled in the heart of this beautiful homestead and caters for up to 200 guests.
The Chandelier room is elegantly decorated to ensure continuity with a wedding design scheme. Catering up to 100 guests the chandelier room is perfect for an intimate wedding reception.
Opening onto a stunning Tuscan-inspired courtyard, the Chandelier Room offers many options for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties and wedding photographic opportunities.

We had our wedding at Ascot House in December 2018. They did an amazing job and we wouldn’t change a thing about the night.
We worked with Terry and Megan leading up to the wedding, who were so helpful throughout the whole process. They had really great suggestions about how we could consider doing things, which was appreciated as often we weren’t sure where to start! Terry was also a great help on the night with his energy and attitude, as was our table server Giacomo. We opted to have the pianist, Norm, play during the canapes half hour. He was excellent.
After the wedding, we have heard from so many people that the service was impeccable. From the bridal table all the way to the tables up the back, drinks were consistently topped up and any needs addressed. Everyone we have spoken to has mentioned how good the food was and how quickly it came out, which is impressive considering we had more than 150 guests at the wedding. We would also recommend going to the tasting night in advance as this helped us to decide the menu, and we picked some dishes which we may not have considered had we just read the description on paper.
Thank-you to all the team at Ascot House for ensuring that our night went smoothly. Nothing was too much to ask, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning location with an emphasis on good service and food.
Our wedding at Ascot House could not have been any more perfect. It was everything we had hoped and imagined it would be.
From day one, Megan was there to help and guide us through the whole process - she was amazing. She was so professional, gave us great advice and we just knew everything was taken care of. In fact, all staff was amazing, especially on the day. The bridal party and all our guests were taken care of. Nothing was too hard. I had many compliments about the venue, amazing food and staff from guests on the night of our wedding and long after the day.
The venue alone is beautiful and speaks for itself but its the staff and attention to detail that makes Ascot House a truly premier wedding location. Thank you to the whole team :) xx

My husband and I are so happy with our decision to choose Ascot House for our ceremony and reception location for our wedding. From our very first visit to the big day, the team at AH were extremely friendly, professional, organised and accommodating to all of our wants and needs.
Planning a wedding is a huge process and it can be very daunting coordinating suppliers and ensuring that the set up and timing of the event runs smoothly. Terry, Megan and Helen made sure that everything was taken care of. On the day they liaised with suppliers to create an outdoor and indoor space that we, and our family and friends could enjoy. The wait staff were absolutely exceptional making sure that guests with dietary requirements were taken care of personally. We felt so comfortable in such a gorgeous space.
The food was exceptional and it was great knowing that whilst we were having our photos done, that our guests were taken care of with canapés and drinks before the reception began. One thing I wanted to make sure of is that our family and friends had plenty to eat and drink and this was achieved with their amazing service.
The venue itself is absolutely spectacular with every space having amazing opportunities for photographs. It was just so easy having our ceremony and reception all in the one place.
Special thanks to Terry who put all of my concerns at ease. He made sure Aaron and I were taken care of at each moment and ensured that we enjoyed every second of our night. Terry went out of his way to meet all of our needs and we can’t thank him enough for helping us to create our dream wedding.
