Created by James and Annabelle Tilbrook, the property has been lovingly restored after the 2019 bushfires, transforming into an environmentally friendly haven with uninterrupted valley views.
The architecturally designed eco cellar door features artisenal timber interiors, a beautiful wood fire, and large doors opening onto a level lawn ideal for outdoor ceremonies or marquee receptions. Whether hosting an intimate seated dinner or a lively cocktail celebration, couples can enjoy versatile spaces that work beautifully in any season. Tilbrook Estate offers in-house catering with seasonal menus highlighting locally grown organic produce, premium wines from the estate and locally brewed beers and ciders.
Food and wine are at the heart of the experience. Their in-house catering showcases seasonal, locally sourced organic produce. Choose between two menu options – think authentic Spanish Tapas Canapes, Paella and Spanish Desserts from in house Spanish chef Juan Gallego or choose stone baked authentic Italian style Pinsa Pala Romana Pizzas to share, sharing platters and arancini, all designed to bring guests together. Paired with premium Tilbrook Estate wines and locally brewed beers and ciders, your wedding menu reflects the best of the Adelaide Hills.

Annabelle Tilbrook is the owner of Tilbrook Estate along with her husband/wine maker James. Annabelle 's Danish family heritage is the inspiration for the Scandinavian interior cellar door design which has a feeling of warmth with simple but beautiful lines, natural light, and craftsmanship all giving a wonderful feel. Annabelle loves spending time in nature and working in their Adelaide Hills home garden as well as spending time with their most important family member, Golden Retriever, Lucy.

The local area has multiple options for accommodation including premium accommodation for couples and accommodation to sleep 4 or more people. Just ask us and we can provide a contacts list for you. Perfect for couples to spend their first night nearby and family and friends to stay nearby.
Locally in Lenswood, just to name a few, is the premium accommodation Lenswood Pavillions with mulitple stunning options to choose from and Ode to The Orchard, a beautifully appointed stone house in an orchard with an outdoor bath.
In Lobethal, 1965 LobethaL is perfect for a group of 4 with a complete mid century modern interior designed to fee like you are back in 1965. Just outside Lobethal, House on Soul Hill is an architectually designed tiny house for 2, a perfect escape for a bridal couple.
In Woodside, next to the Woodside Providore is Aberdeen Lane with multiple units available. Special Wedding packages are available for groups with transport to and from the wedding included.
These are mulitple other options including in nearby Hahndorf which is a 20 min drive away.
Yes, we can work wtih you to provide the package that works for you. Our wine range includes all our single vineyard made on site wines including a reserve range. We can add Spirits for an extra cost.
Our chef can design a menu specific to your preferences. Choose from either a pizza/antipasto style menu or an authentic Spanish Tapas, Paella and Dessert menu.
Couples can bring their own desserts. There is a $3 per person cake age fee to use our plates, cutleries and napkins. There is no charge if couples provide their own biodegraegable plates, napkins and cutlery and organise someone to serve.
Yes, couples often choose to have some of their guests travel to and from the wedding via bus. We can take mini buses up to 32 people and can advise re some hire bus contacts.
Yes, couples can choose a weekday date or weekend date. All wedding packages allow for access to the venue the day before for set up and rehearsals and the morning of the wedding for final finishing touches set up. Set down is by 10am the morning after the wedding.
Yes, couples are free to choose and bring in their own suppliers and yes, there are a range of local suppliers that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend including the selection below:

We are frequently told that they fall in love with the beautiful 180 degree views from the cellar door windows and outdoor area, the interior design and giving the feeling of being in a very special place. The bespoke interior is inspired by Annabelle's Danish family heritage.
