Whether planning a cosy celebration or a large gathering, Ondeen offers flexible event spaces for up to 110 seated or 200 standing guests. Every wedding is custom-designed with a strong focus on seasonal flavours, heartfelt service, and the magic of the Adelaide Hills.
Couples can exchange vows on the Ondeen Lawns, surrounded by lush greenery and panoramic views. The ceremony includes a dedicated raised area, 20 guest chairs, and access to the surrounding grounds for photos. Dogs are welcome at ceremonies, and styling options like the Ondeen Arbour and signature cocktails add a personal touch to your celebration.

Reception-only bookings run from 5pm–11pm.
Ceremony + reception bookings run from 4pm–11pm.
Guests may arrive up to 30 minutes before the start time and have 30 minutes after the event to depart.
Vendors can set up between 11am–3pm on the event day (unless otherwise agreed).
Pack-down is between 11pm–12am on the night and 8am–10am the next morning.
Yes. A minimum spend applies to all bookings. If it isn’t met, the difference will be charged as a venue fee.
The minimum spend includes: hire fee, beverage package, upgrades, and styling hire.
It excludes: security, cocktails, spirits, additional staff, and any external vendors.
No. All food must be prepared by Ondeen, except for your cake.
Cakeage is $7.50 per person, including plating with cream and coulis.
BYO alcohol is strictly not permitted.
Ondeen is mostly smoke-free. A designated smoking area will be provided.
No smoking or sparklers are permitted on days of a Total Fire Ban.
Live music and DJs are welcome.
All music must finish at 11pm and stay under 85 decibels.
Ondeen may direct volume adjustments if needed.
Parking is limited to 35 cars, and overnight parking is discouraged.
If cars remain overnight, names and registrations must be provided.
All vehicles must be collected by 11.30pm.
We recommend using buses or small-to-medium coaches (up to 40 seats).
Standard cleaning is covered.
Excessive cleaning, damage, or unremoved rubbish may incur additional charges.
Rubbish must be removed after the event; if not, a $100–$400 fee applies.
No confetti, glitter, table scatters, party poppers, or wax candles are allowed.
All event details and supplier contacts must be finalised 1 month prior.
Final guest numbers are due 2 weeks before the event.
Reductions after the one-month mark are non-refundable.
Your hired bus must remain onsite during the event.
Smoking and sparklers are not permitted.
If a catastrophic fire rating requires cancellation or evacuation, Ondeen will assist with rescheduling.
