Oh I can imagine! & it's supposed to be a beautiful journey right?!
I would suggest you start with your overall idea of the Wedding eg:
- Number of guests
- Location
- Style of Wedding eg: canapé (relaxed vibe), plated meal sit down, food truck option etc
- Budget (this is a huge step & can really help determine the above & everything falling from that)
- A pinterest board is absolutely helpful, but I'd suggest the above as a starting point, then the pinterest board becomes the piecing altogether, style, colour, things you want, a wish list almost! & then someone can professionally tie it altogether eg: florist, stylist or planner

Fully understand how hard It would be & lots of planing or searching be involve for you however it is really sweet journy & full of fun & unforgetable memories though:)
So let's say the starting point with consideration of your budget should be overall as below;
1- Location or wedding venue according to your guests numbers
2- The colour or the style of wedding you are interested in
3- A pinterest board to be able to send your vision to anyone who are involve
4- Looking for a wedding dress, a florist, wedding planner, photophrapher, DJ.
5- Then can book with your desirable wedding vendors.
