Do you have a minimum spend on hire items?
Yes, we do have a minimum spend on hire items of $100 but please do get in touch if you're only after one item, as we'll always try our best to accommodate!
Do you have a set delivery fee?
Unfortunately we do not have a set delivery fee, as the delivery is quoted based on your order. Variations such as qty of items, size of items, whether any items require set-up/installation, location and time of day are all considered when quoting.
Do you allow for pick up and returns of hire items?
Most definitely! Sometimes this option suits a customer better and allows to keep the cost down in regards to delivery. We allow for pick up and delivery from our Berwick location and are more than happy to discuss a time that may suit you best - during business hours or after hour! Kepe in mind our hire costs are for Friday to Monday and hire prices may change if your after Thursday to Tuesday as an example.
We are also happy to quote for one way delivery - you may be happy to pick up yourself but would like us to come grab the items from your venue so you have less worries after the event!
Do you have set styling packages?
Our website is currently advertising three servicing packages - Styling, Planning or On The Day!
However, we are more than happy to personalise a package to suit you - whether that is to a set budget or to a mix of inclusions that suit you best!
How can I view more of your portfolio / previous work?
Great question! You will find a dedicated section of our website where previous styling jobs are listed with a gallery of images each!
We also regularly upload our Instagram account with images from our previous work and also link to any publications we can be found in.
What is the best way to get in contact?
The best and quickest way to get in contact with ourselves is via an enquiry form or an email to email@example.com as that is our fastest way to get back in contact with you - expect any email response in less than 12 hours!
