Upon completing your booking, we will provide you with a link to our recording portal. This portal allows you to create a customized greeting for both your Audio Guestbook and Digital Audio Guestbook.
To ensure your personalized greeting is loaded onto your phone upon delivery, please record and submit it no later than 15 days before your event date. As your special day approaches, we will send you reminders to submit your greeting. If you choose not to record a greeting or prefer not to, we will load a generic one on your behalf.
Once you receive your Audio Guest Book, you can also record greetings directly on it.
Your Audio Guest Book will be delivered to the address you provided during the booking process via a courier service. You can expect to receive your Audio Guest Book at least three days before your scheduled event date. Shipping is on us!
All you need to do is place your Audio Guest Book in the provided prepaid postal satchel and conveniently drop it off at the nearest post office.
Please ensure that you return your Audio Guest Book within three days after your event date.
