Unfortunately I had Shutter and Lace booked in for my event and the whole lead up to it was stressful. Multiple ghosting, saying she would email and then never did. It got to the point where I said to Liv I’m so nervous as I just cannot get in contact with you should I book another photographer… she answered this email and reassured me all was well and she would send invoice and details that night.. I never heard from her again and ended up booking another photographer who was incredible and is now our photographer for all events and family session.

We couldn’t be happier with liv from shutter and lace as our wedding photographer! From our first chats to meeting on the big day, she was professional, friendly, and truly understood what we were looking for. On the wedding day, she made everyone feel at ease while capturing every special moment, Liv was so easy to work with and would use her again if we could. We highly recommend shutter and lace.

Liv took amazing photos but that’s where it ended. Our package included money towards a wedding album, unfortunately we never received it. After 1.5hrs contacting Liv, and being so patient with her and her excuses… we stopped hearing from her and we never saw our album. So disappointed in her.
