Hi I'm Gabi. I'm 25 years old and recently married. We had roughly 160 guests and we were married in the Langham Hotel in London. It was great fun as my Husband Harry is English and a Tottenham supporter. We had been dating since we were 16 so the time was right for us. I was looking for something fun for our guests at our wedding, and also a way to easily get pics and vids from the guest's phones directly to me. So BestEver.pics was born. It's been well loved everywhere that it's been used.

After buying a Custom Event QR Code, your guests simply scan the code and upload from Safari or Chrome
No app is needed, just Safari or Chrome. Guests do not need to register.
Yes, you can copy the link from your Host Dashboard and share it. You can also decide not to share with guests should you want photos to remain private.

Most Hosts do not reach a limit, but please see our fair use policy in the Terms and Conditions.
Photos uploaded to bestever.pics can be deleted by the Host. To edit photos, just download them and edit them in your preferred photo editor
Don’t panic! Photos can be uploaded at anytime so Guests can upload when they next have a strong internet connection
From your Host Dashboard, you’ll find a Download All button. This will send them all to you in a ZIP file.
Yes. Once you’ve opened an account with bestever.pics, you can keep your account and add as many Events as you like. Each Event will have a Custom Event QR Code and it’s own Gallery

do we need a content manager
i keep seeing people hire content takers as well how necessary is this?

Thanks for the question of whether you need a content manager (or not).
Bestever.pics captures all the content created by your guests in its original size and format, both pictures and videos. The pics and vids are organised into your private (but shareable) gallery online. From there you can download everything. Your private QR Code is active from the moment of purchase until 3 months after your wedding. That means that all the getting ready, getting there, behind the scenes content can all be shared and also more content uploaded afterwards should people forget to upload.
We don't feel you need a specific content manager for Bestever.pics content. You might have other goals with all of your content.
Bestever.pics is also a great source of content for your socials. It's simple, inexpensive and immediate.

Hey - great question! Having recently had my daughter's wedding, the reception pics were great in that you get to see moment and feelings that you wouldn't have without the pics. At the getting ready, you are there and witness all moments.
Bestever.pics is great because you can collect in original size, all those moments which your friends and family capture on their phones.
