We offer beautifully curated collections that are ready to be customised to suit your needs.  Just select your favourite wedding suite - be it classic, modern, floral, tropical or minimalist - and tell us what you would like customised. We can arrange to change colours, fonts, printing type and even paper stock to suit your wedding theme and budget.

Or if you prefer, we can create custom designed stationery for your event. The process will be intimate, and the outcome, a true reflection of you! We can cater to all your stationery needs, from the Main Invite to 'on-the-day' stationery, to ensure a beautifully cohesive style is achieved for your event.

How much should we budget for wedding stationery?

Typically a couple would spend on average between $500 to $2,000 AUD for 100 invitation suites. This would include the Save the Date, Main Invitation, RSVP / Reply Card, Details Card, as well as the Envelopes. Below is a quick guide aimed to assist you in setting an overall budget for your wedding stationery, based upon printing type for 100 number:

  • Digital Printing - $2.80ea
  • White Ink Printing - $3.50ea
  • Letterpress Printing - $6.20ea
  • Foil Printing - $9.65ea

A more detailed guide can be found on our website. At Minushay, each piece of wedding stationery is individually priced depending on the piece and quantity required. If you are after a detailed quote, reach out, and let us know which piece/s and how many and we will be happy to provide.

Our bespoke design services vary, and is priced upon the estimated time taken to complete your design. Generally, for a wedding invitation suite, you can expect the design cost to range between $250-$550. Should the design be more complex in nature, the price may be higher.

Do you offer Ready-to-Order (Semi-Tailored) Invitations?

Yes - our semi-tailored collections are available on our website: www.minushay.com

Our semi-tailored collections are created in-house, and are pre-designed sets of wedding stationery. Whist pre-designed, they still offer the flexibility in being semi-customisable. That is to say, the original design can be modified to suit your colour theme and style. You can change the text type, or even the colour, printing method, or add any embellishments, the choice is truly yours! The Collections offer a more affordable and quicker option than the Bespoke Design route.

What is the Bespoke Design process?

Once you decide to proceed with me as your Design Stationer, I will provide you with a Mood Board, based upon any discussions we have relating to your wedding. This may include discussions about your venue, wedding style, floral colours etc.

Following this, we let the creative juices flow! An inital mock-up of your stationery is created to provide you with an overall feel of the design direction. From here, I will work with you to make any minor design tweaks to ensure the design is perfect, and how you envisioned it to be. Once approved, a final review is completed before your pieces are sent to the printery.

Do you only service Melbourne?

No - I service world-wide.

Whilst I am based in Melbourne, I work with Clients all over the world. For those outside of Melbourne, I am always available by email, phone or even Skype.

When should I be sending my wedding Save the Dates / Invitations?

My recommendation is to aim for having your ‘Save the Date’ cards sent out about one (1) year in advance to the big day. This allows plenty of time for any guests having to travel from interstate or even internationally time to organise their travel arrangements etc.

For the wedding invitations themselves, allow to send them between five (5) to six (6) months before the wedding. For rsvp’s, we recommend setting a deadline of at least four (4) to six (6) weeks before the wedding to allow plenty of time to finalise your guest list with vendors etc, as well as time to arrange your ‘On-the-Day’ wedding stationery, such as welcome signage, place cards, seating charts etc, should you require.

Cynthia was such a pleasure to work with. We absolutely love our bespoke wedding stationery. She was able to capture the essence of what we wanted our wedding to be beautifully. From the get-go, she made us feel at ease, truly listened to what we had envisioned and kept us informed throughout the process. Not only was she detail oriented, but super friendly, answering all our calls / emails promptly. And there was a lot! The quality of the final printed product were beautiful. Absolutely no regrets :) - Cynthia was recommended to us by a close friend when she was first starting. We loved receiving her emails / calls and design proofs, and seeing what she came up. She took our initial thoughts, and truly captured our style in the design of each piece of our suite. Cynthia's communication was always prompt and ever so friendly.
