Hi there,

Either the hire company would delivery or set it up or your stylist/wedding co-ordinator would organise it for you. We provide furniture and prop hire and set it up or we also provide the full styling, which included organising your florists and other vendors you have on the day

Usually a styling company like SOIE Events would create ceremony package to suit your needs. You can always just hire but often easier to pay a little bit more and get it set up and set down for you.

Happy to send you information on our packages

Hi There!

I run a wedding hire business in Brisbane and most of the weddings I do supply chairs and wedding arches for.  Some locations in Brisbane do offer this kind of set up but you would need to enquire individually to each location to see what is included.  Most parks you will be required to organise your own hire options.  If you are located in Brisbane, please give me a call, I'd be happy to assist you further.

Generally the couple booking the gardens will need to supply their own chairs etc however there may be exceptions. You can also approach a hire company who can attend to this for you .

Kind regards

Hi there. Normally you will need to hire your own furniture and equipment for garden ceremonies. Depending on how many people you have attending, we would recommend that you don't need seating for everyone (some people will stand at the back). Some brides enjoy having a small stage as an alter and some other things to consider hiring are a signing table and chairs. Some brides also like to hire equipment to have drinks at the ceremony location afterwards. We would love to help with your ceremony hire needs, please don't hesitate to contact us if we can assist you with your special day.

Hi there,

Generally it is much easier to enlist the help of a wedding hire company for chairs, arches, signing tables etc. Depending on the company and your wishes, they will deliver, set up and then remove the items. Some public areas have their own gazebos, which have been known to be preferable spots for the bride and groom to get married. Alternatively, an arch would do the trick.

Also, get in touch with your desired to park and/or local council to double check whether you will need a permit in order to get married at that location.

All the best!
