How do I book light up letters?
You can book via the order form on our website, by texting/calling 0435599306 or emailing Ivan on firstname.lastname@example.org.
How are they powered? Do they need to be near a power source/plug point?
Our light up letters are powered by 220v. Ideally they should be close to a plug point, but we can supply independent power sources such as a generator/inverter/batteries on request.
What payment methods does Lit Letters accept?
We accept credit card, cash and direct transfer.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, we don’t charge for cancellation.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally, we need a week’s notice - however, we will accept last minute bookings provided we are able to supply the requested hire items.
Where does Lit Letters deliver to?
All over Perth and surrounds.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes we do! Please allow at least 10 working days for custom orders.
Does your pricing include the delivery and set-up of the letters?
Yes, it’s all included.
Can the letters go outside?
Yes, they can be used indoors or outdoors.
Are the letters waterproof?
Yes, however, if the electrics get wet, this may lead to the letters not working correctly. We recommend disconnecting the power if it starts raining.
Can I move the light up letters?
No. Once they have been set up, that’s where they stay, unless approved by Lit Letters.
