Great communication. I really wanted the rustic benches which were completely hired out for that day. Annie emailed me a week later and informed me they were able to make more and could rush it in time for our wedding. They also were happy for me to come and look at the furniture and discuss the set up. To my surprise when I went over, they had set up a mini mock up of what it would look like, benches lined up, flowers, signing table and all! The rustic look was perfect for our park wedding, and was a really nice bonus that on our quote they included a couple of additional freebies like a burlap aisle runner and chalkboard. My husband and I hung around in the park between the ceremony and reception and many of the locals using the park asked us who did our wedding hire because it looked so good in that setting!
