She said she could do a mock of the picture I sent her, so I paid the deposit. What I got back looked nothing like the two pictures I had sent her, so we worked together to change it. She made my order within good time, took two weeks to send it to me. When it arrived the baby's breath was the wrong colour and I couldn't find the buttonhole anywhere. I emailed explaining this. A week of emails and phone calls, and with the wedding 3 weeks away I started to panic with no response, so i emailed saying I had ordered another buttonhole so would like a refund on the buttonhole and babys breath. Finally received a response after I lodged a complaint to consumer affairs, that she had chronic back pain so had been out of action. I understand things happen, but the situation of a wedding can be stressful so some kind of automated email response would have been helpful or having another employee or friend respond to emails. So the end result was she purposely sent me the wrong colour babys breath because she thought it would be better then what I asked for, so she refunded me, however made me wait til the end of the month for the refund because her 'accountant' does refunds then. It was $36 btw, and her own business, but regardless she made me wait. The buttonhole, even though I mentioned I ordered another due to no response after a week of emailing and calling, she refused to refund. She had individually wrapped everything except the buttonhole she had put with the bouquet, so I couldn't see it. If she had just responded or packed it separate I wouldn't have wasted my money on another one. I didn't use hers on our wedding day it was big and hung down. Didn't look nice at all so it worked out that I had purchased another.
When communicating though she was pleasant, and the flowers seem of good quality. Just due to my experience I would not recommend.
