Heavenly Creations offers a boutique approach to Wedding & Event Flower design, creation, delivery and set up.
Based in Clyde North, Victoria and available by appointment.
I offer two different services for my couples:
My 'FULL FLORAL SERVICE' for couples that do not want to think about the logistics of how the flowers get delivered and set-up at the ceremony and reception venue, a couple that just wants to enjoy the day without the additional stress, if that is you, the Full Floral Service is perfect for you.
Or my 'A LA CARTE FLORAL SERVICE' which is for couples who don't need delivery, set up and installation. This couple might even be happy to pick up the flowers from me. Usually this service incl. only flowers for the Bridal Party. (Delivery can be added).
Further I also offer Wedding & Event Styling: Have you rented someone's house for your Wedding or Event, or maybe you have this stunning garden and would like to use it for your big day or you have booked an empty space (blank canvass) but don't have the passion or time to do it yourself?
Do you need assistance in finding rental props, organising delivery/pick up for things like tents, tables, chairs, glasses, arches, candles, props and so on…. creating a beautiful space for the style, colours and theme you are after? You need someone to put it all together to make it look AMAZING?

What Areas do you service?

I am located in Clyde North (Victoria). not far from the Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley and Gippsland. But I also cater for all of Melbourne and Suburbs (inner and outer). I am happy to drive up to 3 hours.
What if I am not sure what flowers to pick?
Heavenly Creations
Absolutely no problem. You don't need to know every detail, a rough idea on colours and style is more than enough. Not sure on colour and style either? I am here to assist you and find the perfect match for your special day and budget. I recommend we meet for an obligation-free consultation to ensure we can turn your vision into reality.
Do we have to meet in person?

If you choose the FULL FLORAL SERVICE and also would like to add our Styling services a minimum of 2 meeting is included, I highly recommend meeting face-to-face or if not possible via skype. Meeting with you will give me a great inside in what I can do to making your Wedding Day perfect in regards your floral arrangements and/or styling of your ceremony/reception venue.
If you are more of a A LA CARTE FLORAL service couple (you will pick up the flowers from me), email is absolutely fine, but also here I am happy to meet with you.
When do I need to book you?

Being a small boutique florist I limit the Wedding and Event bookings per day. This way I can put all my focus into your individual Wedding flower arrangements and this way I can guarantee design, creation, delivery and set up of all your floral arrangements in perfect condition.
Usually I meet with my clients for the first time to find out about their Vision, their colour scheme and ideas, then I will put together a Proposal and we meet again around 2 weeks later where I show you options and ideas for your flower arrangements. After the second meeting is when you decide if you wish to book my services, at the time of booking a 30% non-refundable/non-referable deposit is required. Once I receive your deposit I will hold the date for you.
If you are planning to get married during Wedding Season Feb-April and September-November I would suggest to book me as soon as possible to avoid disapointment.
What payment methods do you accept?

The preferred payment method is via direct bank transfer. But I can also accept credit card payment (master card and visa) which will include a transaction fee.

Very responsive, accommodative as we are far from Malaysia but Tanya always keep us informed and updated. Even though we had last minutes request, yet Tanya was still willing to accommodate it and we felt so happy to work with Tanya.
