Hello

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. One way to make your wedding feel truly unique can be through personalised signage. When you collaborate with your décor and styling team, signs can add that extra layer of personality and meaning to your love story. For example, a welcome sign featuring an illustration of the two of you, or a bar menu with your favourite cocktails and a quirky title, will make guests smile and remember your day. Some couples even choose to display a favourite love quote, song lyric or meaningful phrase on a statement board – it’s such a beautiful way to make the day yours. The best part is signage can be designed to suit any theme – whether that’s modern, romantic, rustic or luxe – so it becomes a really special keepsake too.

All the best

Hi there, that’s a great question! It’s a tricky one because most weddings include the classic flowers, candles, and draping. To create something truly unique, you could look at weaving in a cultural element or even going with a theme that reflects your personalities.

Mismatched tablescapes USED to be a big thing but im not seeing it as much - where every table has a different look and feel, creating a really vibrant and eclectic atmosphere.

Another idea is to lean into completely customised décor - pieces that are designed just for you. That way your wedding feels one-of-a-kind, not something that could be replicated anywhere else.

Hope that helps :-)

The goal is to design a wedding that feels authentic to you, with personalized décor, interactive installations, creative lighting, unique seating, and cultural touches that make it truly stand out from the standard setup.

What we’ve found is that instead of focusing about being “unique,” it’s far more meaningful to focus on what truly represents you as a couple and how you’d like that reflected in your wedding. When your day is centred around your passions and the things that matter most to you, the uniqueness shines through naturally.

A stylist can really help with this process by drawing out your personality, translating it into thoughtful design elements, and ultimately bringing your vision to life.

Of course, it’s also worth weighing up the cost–benefit of creating something completely bespoke versus using clever arrangements, hired pieces, and creative styling. Often it’s these little intentional touches that make your celebration feel the most personal and memorable.
