This is a difficult question to answer. This day in age, thhings move so quickly, and so if you are not organised, time can slip by. My advice to brides has always been, that when they book their reception venue, try to book in your cars at the same time. That way you will not be disapointed and you should get what you want. Many years ago, we had bookings 2 years in advance for our Hummers as they were so popular. Get in early, and book your transport when you book your recpetion venue. That way you won't miss out! HL
In our experience, The stretched hummer is a party vehicle that have been built to create fun, excitment and special moments. As the bride and groom, you should treasure this day with your bridal party, and enjoy it with them. If you go separately, you may miss some of this. You have the rest of your lives together. Go in the hummer or the limo with your bridal party. Thats why we have built them so big, 24 seat in fact, so everyone can go in the one limo and be together. Weddings are all about special moments in time celebrating your coming together. Enjoy it, and go together, not separately!
Typically, we try and work out how many hours you require by asking what time is the ceremony, and what time is the reception starting? If say your ceremony is 1:30pm, then we estimate the time for the bride to get to the cermeony (typically 30 mins or so), take that from thye ceremony start time, being 1pm. This is your start time. Typically receptions are around 6:30pm-7pm, so arrival for the bridal party is around 6pm. This gives the party some time to refresh, reset, redo hair and makeup, then the grand entrance at 7pm! So generally, most weddings are around the 4-5 hours. But again it all depends on certain factors of your day. But at least this is a starting point. HL
