I have a big bridal party! Is there any car that will fit all of us in it?

There are 7 bridesmaids plus me, plus my mum and dad!

your best option would to hire a modern limousine as they can usually seat over 11 passengers. Many of our couples will choose to hire a modern limousine for the bridal party and a single classic car for the bride and groom to be used in the wedding photos.

Do you charge less for weekday weddings?

Monday-thursday? :)

does anyone provide guest transfers between venues??

maybe a bus or multiple limos?

Most limo companies can offer this service as they can seat 10 or more passengers. Depending on the amount of guests most classic cars providers with smaller sedans could also make multiple trips if the venues are not too far away. 

what is the best car to be chauffeured in for your wedding?

My partner and I don't know much about cars so please help us!

We recommend choosing a car that will meet the needs of your bridal party size and a type of vehicle that will suit the style and theme of your wedding. Remember that the car can be used as more than just transport and can be a great backdrop for your wedding photos. The beauty about classic cars is that they never date and will still look fantastic in your wedding photos/videos all those years later.

What are the white ribbons on wedding cars for? Can I ask for them to be removed?

I don't know if I like them

The white ribbons are a form of decoration for the cars and are traditionally used to let people know that the occupants/car are part of a wedding celebration. The white ribbons (much like the white dress) are associated with marriage.

Some couples choose to not have ribbons and that is perfectly fine just let the wedding car company know and they will happily remove them.


Are guests normally allowed to eat/drink/smoke in the vehicle?

Under Vic-Roads laws NO SMOKING is permitted in any hire cars. As for drinking and eating in the cars this will depend on the car supplier. As a general rule we don't allow drinking in our cars as in a moving vehicle if a glass gets spilt this may stain the bride/ bridesmaids dress or groomsmen's suit and this could also ruin our delicate leather interiors. (Water is fine) There are exceptions for the bride and groom as sometimes they will have a glass of champagne usually for photos when the car is stationary.

How long before my wedding should I book my wedding cars?

We recommend looking at booking your transport as soon as you have finalised your ceremony and reception location and date. In the busy peak wedding months (October –April) many of our popular cars may be booked well in advance. Like organising most other things for your wedding the earlier you book the more choice and options you will have. As a general rule most couples will book their transport 8-12 months before the date. If your wedding is on a weekday or in winter there are usually more choices (as it's not as busy) and you can get away with booking closer to the wedding date.
