Who goes in what car?

I'm trying to figure out how many cars to get and who goes in what car to the ceremony and then to the reception? Does the couple go separately to the ceremony and then join the bridal party in the car to the reception? It's so confusing!

Every wedding is unique so I encourage you to talk with us personally to organise a package that suits your needs most appropriately. In the most common traditional wedding scenario, the groom will get to the ceremony first along with his groomsmen. This is often in 1  classic vehicle depending on numbers. These same cars can on occasion then collect the Bridal party. Quite often a Bride will Like to travel separately in her own classic or vintage car with her father or even both parents, while her bridesmaids will be in another car(s). After the Bride's classic car has made a grand entrance it usually remains on display and later becomes private transport for the newly weds. 

At Macphersons Chauffeured Cars we offer a wide variety of choice - you can hire 3 matching sedans or more popular is our classic 9-seater combined with matching classic sedan. This fits up to 12 passengers which is generally enough for most bridal parties to travel to photo shoots. Or add a 3rd sedan for extra large groups. Ideally, If your budget permits, ask for a package deal with 3 vehicles. This way 1 car can collect groom/groomsmen and the classic limo/sedan combo can pickup the Bride and her entourage. Then after the ceremony the couple have their own car to themselves while the party of 6-12 fit in the other 2 vehicles. It really comes down to personal choice, size of wedding party and budget. One thing to add, some vintage cars are limited to 4 passengers but ours are extra spacious with front bench seats and can take 5, whilst our classic limousines can fit 8 passengers. call us on 0432474644 to clarify any questions.

How do you organise transport for the wedding?

We are looking at hiring a car for our wedding, we're quite confused on the hours we may need it for. We will all be getting ready at the same hotel, the guys will be leaving before the girls. Do I hire 1 car (limo) to take the guys and then wait for it to come back and pick us up and take us? Our ceremony and reception is at the same venue as well so we don't need a car once we have all been dropped off. Can we add on a price to the end to take just the bride and groom back to the hotel?
