I run the Melbourne studio of Lunch Bunch, where I handle everything from styling to sourcing. When I’m not building dessert towers or hand-dipping strawberries, I’m usually testing new flavour ideas, browsing the flower market, or tracking down Melbourne’s best pastries—for research, of course.
