I always give my clients some moisteriser to use on the palms on their hands etc. to keep the colour natural on these delicate areas. 

If your skin is clean and exfoliated the product will go on perfectly  - you can use deoderant as normal the day after once it's been washed off.

As long as you wash off all your deodorant before your spray tan and exfoliate 24hours prior, you shouldn’t have any problems :)
